The jewelry store provides detailed product information to ensure a good buying decision. They aim to provide the best images possible, however they can not be responsible for minor differences in color or size. Please email or fax if you have any questions regarding a specific item and they will aim to provide you with additional information.
They offer a 10 business day return policy if the item is damaged. Just return your un-used (all earings excluded for hygiene reasons) item pre-paid & insured to us and we will refund or replace the product, less shipping charges. Email or fax us first for return address and to authorise your return. No returns will be accepted without prior authorisation. Items returned after 10 days from receipt of merchandise will not be accepted. Shipping costs for returning items is the customers responsibility.
